Founding AI Lead

We’re looking for a strong AI engineer with a builder mindset. At first, you’ll be focusing on solutions for our main customer workflows in our core product, which analyzes architectural plans: long documents with complex, unstructured data and conflicting sources of information. No one has really solved the kind of problems that we’re solving so a lot of creativity is needed.

Later, you’ll work with us on integrating AI in the heart of our new platform capabilities, which will connect interior space design & engineering with the analysis of the architectural plans, and which will bring together multiple customer workflows into one integrated solution.

• Own and lead all GenAI initiatives in the company
• Lead evaluations & experimentation of new solutions for existing problems.
• Support architecture design of new products so that they are compatible with GenAI technologies.

• Shipped successful LLM-based features to production
• Strong engineering background (Python is a must)
• Can work independently e2e
• Comfortable owning ambiguous problems end-to-end, from problem framing to production
• Can move fast
