Junior Solutions Analyst (Excel Automation)

• We’re looking for someone who is genuinely excellent with Excel - not just comfortable.
• In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to improve how they use Excel alongside our platform. That means building macros, structuring data, and turning messy workflows into clean, automated processes.
• This is a hands-on, customer-facing role. You’ll need both technical ability and the confidence to guide users through solutions.

• Build and maintain Excel-based solutions (including VBA/macros)
• Work with customers to understand their workflows and improve them
• Help customers integrate Excel processes with our platform
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize existing files/models
• Turn unclear requests into structured, scalable solutions

• Strong Excel skills (beyond pivot tables)
• Complex formulas (e.g. INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, nested logic)
• Experience writing and debugging VBA/macros
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
