Business Operations Manager (Mid–Senior)

We're looking for an experienced operations leader to build and scale our AI-powered service delivery team. You'll work closely with the founders, product, and AI teams to create efficient processes, hire great people, and ensure exceptional execution in a fast-growing startup.

• Experience leading teams across multiple customer projects.
